I LOVE VIETNAM BOYS!!!!

HELLO ALL! im back from vietnam! did anyone miss me? :D hahhhh anyway, its been fun! have been shopping and shopping like WAHHHH. hahhh especially the shopping, it's crazy!

DAY ONE
landed at vietnam time 1330. which is singapore's time 1430. the trip from the airport to the hotel was like WOAH. cause there was so many shops along the way that sells GREAT clothes. HAHHH and their fashion here is really very hip-hop. and they have many good food here. so there is this market near the hotel which is really good if you are in for some bargaining fun. like i bought this 2 necklace, the origianal price was 150000dong, which is S$15 for one. but we bargain it till it was 15 for 2 necklaces. HAHH my dad says its because the starting prices here are to 'cheat' tourists. so BARGAIN LOR. so our family spent about 100 bucks there in the first day. WAY PAST OUR BUDGET. when we were at the clothes department, every sales person was like draggin me into there shop. they were all saying "miss, tee-shirt. i give you discount" with all the accent. its so cool. and now i know their accent too. then we went to this seafood restaurant called NGOC SUONG. from the exterior, it looked really COOL. and the interior.... DOUBLE THE COOLNESS. it looked like a pub because they had a band playing and a singer. hahahh the best part is the sand that they filled the whole place with. so it really looked and feel like a beach. even the waiters and waitresses was wearing beach clothes. and it was then i fell in love with vietnam. everyone is so friendly. they just smiled at you. and i drank this whole HUGE cup of beer. its vietnam beer. it taste really refreshing ok. hahh. and then we went to do nail art. it was really cheap and the design is really nice :) and the great part is, IT ONLY COST TWO SING DOLLARS!

DAY TWO
woke up at 8 vietnam time. had a great breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. then we headed straight down to CU CHI TUNNEL. before that we stopped by this temple. this is not those typical temples, you know. this temple teaches everyone that no religion is different from another. so this temple respacts all different type of religion. in order words, by praying in this temple, you are praying to all different religions. the whole trip takes about 3 hours from the city center. the tunnel was not what i thought it would be. it was more like an open-aired musuem. the tunnel that we had to walk was really shit. we had to bent down okay. the height of the tunnel is only about waist height. ended up having muscle aches. we had lunch at this restaurant and HAHAHA SOMETHING FUNNY HAPPENED. inside joke inside joke. then when we came back we went to this shopping centre to shop. expected to buy loads of stuffs but.. hahah the prices there was fixed. so we could not play "LOWER OR NOTHING" hahahh inside joke :) then we went to this chinese restaurant HUANG CHENG for dinner. they had this roast duck that they served. first the skin was wrapped in rice paper. the meat used to make xian cai ya tang (it was gross). so we sent our grandparents (its a familt trip by the way) back to the hotel to rest and some of us went down to the night market for more BARGAING fun. HAHHH

DAY THREE
went to mekong river. it was fun okay. first we took this ferry from the main jetty down to a small island off the river. the tour guide said we could go there to eat the fruits there for free. but if we want to bring it back, we had to pay :) at the fruit shop, there was this small boy, two small girl and three big girls performing to earn some money. they were so cute ok. hahha gave them tips :) not that their singing was very nice, but they were so CUTE. and then we had this ride on a sampan around the island. the ride was scary cause the boat was like tilting here and there. and did i mention the water looked like teh-tarik? HAHAHAA. after dinner, we walked back to hotel. then my mum, my aunt and uncle and my dad and me, we went shopping at the other side of the street and we pass by this many shops. i bought a bag and two tees :) then we stepped into this children's fashion store. there was this CUTE guy there. actually there was two and the other one touch my hand when he was opening the door for me us. HAHHH but i didnt did not wash my hand ok. i went back to the hotel and SHOWERED. hahhh so there was water la.

DAY FOUR
hahh city tour. i thought it meant SHOPPING but then, we were visiting musuems, and temples etc. we were only brought to this ONE mall. Diamond Mall. WOW the mall itself already sound so diamond-nish. hell the price tags there were price of diamonds too, quoted from my sister. hahah the only thing good there was that there was an arcade all of us was so hooked too. HAHHHH. then we had dinner behind this tennis court. ok so i was trying to see if there was hot guys playing tennis, BUT there was this OLD guy with a pot belly. HAHHAHHAHAHAH he was so fat ohkay. the dinner was as GOOD as him lah. hahahh but the smirnoff was great. go ask your dad what smirnoff is if you dont know. or ask any bartender. HAHAH fine it was alcohol. and i downed a bottle of it :D it taste GREAT ok. the one with a lil lemon in it. it was WOAH.
